cant create game folders

I tried to create a new game and got message cant to create new folder

Best guess is either (A) you're out of room on your HDD, or (B) You're not running the game or Steam in Administrator Mode. You need to do that for the game to write the files.

If it's the Administrator Mode problem, either right-click on the game-icon to start it and choose "Run in Administrator Mode", or if you're on Steam, try exiting both the game and the Steam client, then re-starting Steam by right-clicking the icon and selecting "Run as Administrator". Then launch the game normally from Steam.

Even when I try to play in Administrator Mode, I get the message Unathourised changes blocked control folder access blocked fhm.9 from making changes

Sounds like it may be the same thing someone reported on the Steam forum, an issue with your antivirus - he was able to fix it by going to Virus and Threat Protection in the Windows settings, then looking for a setting called Controlled Folder Access and set it to off.
