Help with Fictional Stadium
Can someone make me a stadium with the Xcel Energy logo somewhere in the park (like a big sign). Here is a website if want to see what the logo looks like http://www.xcelenergy.com/XLWEB/CDA/

I'm looking to do similar stuff (for example, add a Molson or Weyerhaeuser logo to Teflon's Bridge Street)... what free software is suggested?
