Individual Player Strategy - Override

I want to set the individual player strategy for one of my SP, but my coaches are set to control player strategies. Is there a way to override that only for this one particular player? I read a post a while ago that it's possible, but I don't remember how to do it.

Commissioner mode.

If you use the lock to level, that also can function as a strategy override.
