Got a Carew to Sell?

Just putting out there that I am in the market for the Platinum Series 1 Carew. I know that my current offer of 115K is lower than the L10 and there is very limited supply but the demand is also weak right now. The only other buy offers for the last number of days are at 4K, 5K, and 17.5K which are only people trying to pick off someone’s mistake. My current offer is the only serious one in some time. I might tick my offer up a bit as points become available but someone can pick up a quick 100K+ after the tax with my current bid which is as high as I can go right now.

UPDATE: Fairly weak pulls from twenty tournament packs gave me a few more PPs to add to my buy offer for the Platinum Series 1 Rod Carew. My offer now sits at 125K. I’m not going to pretend that I won’t bump it higher as points become available but I have been the only serious buyer in the past several days so it is clear that demand is drying up. I know supply is tight but there are multiple Carew cards out there so the question is whether there is one person who values having an extra 110K+ in the bank (after tax) over the hope of squeezing out some extra points at some point down the road. Once the first person pulls the trigger, the rest of you may be waiting for quite a while. Besides, using those points for a few good investments ahead of the Live Update could easily net more than the current L10 or asking prices. Just sayin’.

I have a Platinum Series Carew that I've listed for sale a few times with no bites. I'll think it over.

Has anyone told you recently that you are a wise and wonderful person? I may be able to sweeten it a touch more if I get a good pull or two from any packs I get over the next couple of days, but I am maxed out right now.

UPDATE - With a couple of OK pulls, I have been able to increase the bid to 140K.

Someone had a buy order for 155k up, and I took it and ran. Hope it was you!

Not a bad profit considering I bought the Carew about 6-8 weeks ago for 30k. And BTW, that would be another good addition -- allowing you to search your transaction history rather than needing to scroll through 500 pages! Also maybe putting your transaction onto the card, so you can see your P/L.

Card currently over 225k PP. Retiring these cards have significantly inflated the prices.
