Game freezes while saying downloading people.csv

This is annoying. I can't play this game for over a month because of this

I tried waiting it out for 5 Minutes or so. But at one point it crashes.

This feature is broken. I get stuck at the same point despite waiting for 15 + minutes. (Samsung Galaxy S7 tablet).

There is a good amount of data that needs to download and setup. Even on fairly modern devices we've easily seen it take 10-20 minutes to complete. I just ran one and it took me around 15 minutes on my phone.

Anyone running into this, if you can enable tracing, and then send us the trace file, we can look into it more. We'll look to see if there's anything else we can do to speed things up as well.
