Issue with disappearing personnel OOTP23

I have the game loaded on my personal PC, Windows 10.

I just completed the 2023 season and need to sign new personnel for my team's staff but the list of personnel to sign is blank. I tried to create each type of personnel but still no one shows up.

I filled a ticket, got a response that they need more info but I my log in is refused, so I am posting here.

I'd try posting in the bugs forum where you are more likely to be seen and get an answer.
