Clean Reinstall

How do I do a complete reinstall? I changed one of my paths and I'm getting a "can't find facegen" and other errors when I start so I uninstalled and then reinstalled but I'm getting the same errors. There must be some configuration files left that OOTP is loading. I'm on Steam.

Delete the following folders:

-Steam -> steamapps -> common -> Out of the Park Baseball 23
-Documents -> Out of the Park Developments
-your local disk -> Users -> yourname -> AppData -> Roaming -> Out of the Park Developments
