Transactions Screen - Nothing Works!

Am I going crazy? Any time I attempt to move a player from one area to another on the transactions screen, nothing happens. I drag and drop, and the player stays where he is. Every time. I’ve tried multiple leagues, I uninstalled and reinstalled, etc.

Is anyone else seeing this or is it just me? I’m on an iPad Pro, 3rd gen I think. OOTP
Go 23.

Also, side note, the on-screen tutorial says something about using a plus button next to the player’s name, but there’s nothing there.

Yeah this is a known issue. But there is a way for you to move them over without needing to drag and drop. First tap on the button circled (labeled 1 in the attached screenshot). Then tap the button labeled 2 to move them.

Cool, thanks Will. It’s weird though, when I go to the transactions screen on my phone I can see the +’s and -‘s. But on my iPad, they are missing. Fortunately my work around is going into each player and using the available transactions drop down.

Oh thanks for letting me know, this might be a screen layout issue on iPad. I'll see if we can get something in for next patch to fix this! In the meantime I think you'll need to go to the player's profile and use the Action menu for each player to move them around the organization
