Dave Hansen Major Leagues Join Date: Mar 2003 Posts: 345	Not Responding- Error Message D/L OOTP 23 from steam. Verified all game files to be 100%. When I tried running the game for the very first time...the loading of the game froze and I got the above error message. I also tried reinstalling V2022 that I had played previously...and during the installation while loading 2022..I got to the very same place...and the loading process froze up...same message...not responding. Windows 10...I7...32GB memory.
