Quick sell my Tug Macgraw because of 40 overall bug

I opened 500packs, and then tag : non live, duplicant, 70 below overall card selled. Tug Macgraw L10 is 0, so I didn't know Tug Macgraw selled. It is possible that come back my macgraw? And then My perfect point can be -20000pp? I have 80000pp. I don't speak English well, so I'm sorry.
