Unlocked Perfect Joe Morgan... then a "0" card shows up?

I unlocked a Perfect Joe Morgan - but then when I went to the Organization tab / Manage Cards, I could not see him. But I did see a card with a 0 value.

Despite restarting, the 0 card is still there (but no Perfect Joe Morgan).

Hi! Go ahead and give these steps a try and see if this works:

1. Delete old .PT files and old tournament files using the button located on the right side of the Profile and Settings tab.
2. Once done with step 1, reset the card caches using the Troubleshooting dropdown menu located in the same tab in the top right.

Hopefully this will fix the problem. If this does not work, please contact either Alex Murray or Matt Arnold for further troubleshooting.

We also completed some server maintenance earlier this morning related to the issue experienced by some users last night with people not being able to view BaL cards. The issue should be fixed; if you're still having errors, please contact the people I mentioned earlier.

I have a similar issue. I pulled a 0 card from a historical pack.

The card it self was black, it was delayed until after the gold card turned.

Then showed an hour glass image after it turned.

I've tried dishnet's recommendations but to no avail.
