Pitcher Ratings Tweak

Every position has a rating that is independent from other positions. Makes sense. What doesn't make sense is ratings for Pitchers. There should be a rating for SP, RP, and Closer - independently. For instance, a starter with 35 stamina could be a 50/80 and the same pitcher could be a 70/80 as a closer. Conversely, a 80/80 closer might be a 40/80 starter because he has low stamina.

This would greatly help keep more SP as SP and RP as RP instead of the AI taking every fringe SP and making them a better RP. That doesn't work in real life!! Stamina does not make a pitcher better at getting guys out.
