Amount of leagues in one save

I've always been interested in trying to set up a fictional save where baseball is a lot more popular world wide and have leagues in a lot of different countries, similar to how soccer is now.

For those that have set up more than one major league in their saves, what is the highest amount of leagues that you have had in one save?

Depends on if you count minor leagues as their own leagues. I’ve often played the real life mode with every league/nation checked and it runs fine

MLB + MiLB (14), Intl (***, KBO, China, Mexico, Aussie, Cuba, St. Lucia - 7), NCAA Feeder (1), High School Feeders (10), 2 Indy League's

So... 34 or thereabouts. I had FG off, most of the logs off, box scores set to human teams, etc. I've read about other creations that were much, much bigger. I did it on my old laptop - it was a midrange Lenovo... would sometimes sound like a jumbo jet taking off, but handled things okay for the most part.

I probably would. Good to hear, thank you.

That is good to know. Would you suggest turning FG off? I leave it on usually, feels weird seeing players but no faces.

I could be wrong, but I don’t think having them on is any kind of major resource hog. I usually turn them off on larger saves so I don’t have a massive folder of them on my HDD… if you’re creating something that you anticipate being your main save, I’d turn them on. Makes the universe much more immersive, I think. I usually turn them off whenever I play historical or when I’m testing out something new. As an example I’ve been testing out a 5-tier promo/relegation set-up (unsuccessfully) to see if the results are in line with my hopes/expectations - I don’t need FG on for that sort of thing.
