Wrong Number of Division Titles in News Report

Something I've noticed in fictional leagues (since I start and create new leagues a lot) is that the news reports that say a team clinched the division reports the number of division titles off by one.

For example, if NY just won their first division title, it will say something like "It is NY 0 title". If SF just won their 10th division title, the news reports will say "SF just won their 9th division title".

It has happened in every single one of my leagues so far.

I reported this one over a month ago in the typos and cosmetic issues thread, but it still isn't fixed.
