Problem with Perrfect Tournament

The tournament gave me Campusano as a player choice and I choose him. Then went I went to save the team it said the submit failed ther sanity test because Campusano was an invalid player.

Which tournament was it? If you log out and log back in to check the team, does it still show him as invalid?
