Camera Angles/Viewpoints
Ok, so I imported a bunch of the custom stadiums available, and they look GREAT, btw, BUT....
The camera/viewing angle is WAY off from the original/default stadium. Everything was WAY zoomed in with the custom stadiums, to the point that I couldn't see all the players on the filed, and, at times, couldn't see the ball/action during a play. I did some playing around with the camera views, and I've gotten a couple that are ok, but I'd like to try and reset the cameras back to the default, but I don't know what those settings are. Does anyone have them? And, also, does anyone have any tips on how to zoom out on those camera views? Thanks, Tony |

I feel like a tutorial is needed for this. I fiddled around with the camera settings for several months before I found views that were suitable for me. And they need to be slightly altered for each ballpark. For example, a setting that works in Yankee Stadium may not work for Fenway Park or Tiger Stadium because the stadium structure is closer to the field in the latter two, and the camera would get blocked without adjustments.
I like to take the wide view and lower the camera to what I feel simulates being in the press box, and then zoom in to around 37. Then, depending on the ballpark I zoom in or out in small increments, and raise or lower the camera slightly until I get a view that I'm satisfied with. That's just one example out of the many camera angles that I use. Last edited by jg2977; 05-31-2022 at 02:47 PM. |
