Amateur Draft & Int. FA Money

I set up a new major league. It's now early May and I just noticed my projected Amateur Draft and International Free Agent Expenses amounts are depicted with a "-" like they don't even exist. How do I fix that? I'm a relatively new player who's been away from the game for a few years.

There is a projected expenses section and a year-to-date expenses section. Your projected should just be whatever your budget is for those items, whereas your year-to-date should be blank, as you have yet to actually spend anything on those items.

I assume you are referring to your year-to-date, so if that is showing a "-", then that is normal and no need to worry. I assume you are thinking there should be some scouting cost involved in that already? That would go to the scouting budget. The draft and IFA budgets are just for signing players, which you haven't done yet. :]
