bought perfect points failure

I used PayPal to purchase $4.99 of Perfect Points credit (5500) for each of my 3 teams. I was charged on PayPal (verified) but did not get any Perfect Point for any of these teams.

Did you purchase through a standalone version? If you did, then you would have received a confirmation message with a code needed to redeem the points in-game.

If that didn't work, let us know and the team can investigate.

I purchased the game from FastSpring and made the Perfect Points purchases from the ingame window The purchases are confirmed on PayPal. I have 17 digit confirmations for all three purchase, I can provide those numbers if necessary

You are suppose to take those codes and enter them. There should be a "redeem perfect points key" button on the buy perfect points screen. Hit that button and enter the code and voila! points will appear. Hope that helps.

Found green enter key on purchase screen - did cut and paste as directed - but all three teams and all three key come back key invalid or not active yet. The perfect points were purchased on May 4th, did the keys expire? If so, I can't help I went on vacation the day after making the purchase

I do not know the answer to that. You might have to open a ticket on their support site. But good luck with that....they are sooooooo back logged its becoming a joke at this point...
