Still only able to activate one perfect team - any updates on this?

I put in a ticket about a week ago.



I've been able to activate one perfect team but not the other two. I was able to determine by loading Ootp2020 that my three teams (Cheesehead1964, Cheesehead1965, and Cheesehead1966) are tied to my single Gmail address.


I received the loyalty packs for the one team. It would be nice to activate the other two teams and receive the packs. It's basically the reason I bought the game this year.


I submitted images to document that I've never used multiple emails for the different teams. I never recall having to do this. If my teams can't be recovered, I'd like a refund at this point.


Anyone have the same experience or any luck with this?

You couldn't use the exact same email address. You could in google use an email address with an added expression after the email name using a + and whatever word you wanted.

so, for instance mine would be mainemailaddress@gmail.com +ootp2

and that would send everything to my main email address but consider it a different email address for account purposes.

best to search for ootp in your inbox and check the email address used on the show details just under the senders name

You would really rather not play the game for the lack of the bonus points? I do understand how disappointing that would be, but I wouldn't walk away from the game because I didn't get them. It's simply too much fun to give up.


As far as not getting an answer, I would suggest filling out another support ticket. I know the team is crazy busy with all the issues, but you have to push your issue to at least get an answer. Good luck.
