Did not get card
Let me try again. Perhaps the third time will be the charm and someone will actually read this. Did not get a card from the shop which I snagged via buy-now. I've attached a screen shot of the transaction and my roster from the relevant location. It's weird because at the time I bought it, I was also made some other purchases, which all came through.
I'm also still wondering if there is gonna be any answer on the crash I get when I try to open packs with 3D enabled. Someone else who had the problem said your answer to him was that his graphics card was the fault. I'm thinking my problem is not that because in the regular game, my graphics work fine and I did not have this problem in PT19 through 22. I guess I should be thankful for small favors, because my game has stopped crashing when I try to customize. I just hope the new logo hangs in for awhile. |

"Paid PP for Buy Order" doesn't mean that the purchase was successful, only that you submitted a buy order on the card. It's possible that someone else had purchased the card between when you saw that price and hit Buy Now, in which case the order gets set as a regular buy order. You likely will still see that on your "Your Card Orders" page, which you can go cancel or change if you want.
For the crash, if it was the same issue as Jorin replied, unfortunately there are some system where we simply can't support due to various changes. The PT unpack screen does use different graphical setups so even if you can play regular games, there are separate issues there. If it's not the same issue (I believe that was related to openGL 3.1), then please create a new message with the details and we can see if there's something else to investigate and potentially fix on there. |

I'll check my transactions to make sure there's refund listed. I'll get my son, who's much more computer literate than I am, to explain your answer to me in language my luddite brain can process. If it seems the problem is more likely a bug on your end, I'll create another trace file and send it along. Thanks for your help.
Edit: I just checked my transactions and the deduction for the card is still there, but there is no corresponding return of my PP. Please give me my Doug Bochtler. I realize that in the brief time between my seeing the card and clicking the buy now (less than a second) it's possible (though not likely) someone beat me there, but that seems not to be the case here.
