Perfect time sometimes does not allow you to draft

I have seen this 2-3 times now, but tonight I joined the Daily Double Historical B07, when I joined the league, clicked start draft, no cards ever showed up to draft.

I tried:
logging in and out.
restarted OOTP23
Switching between the steam and non-steam version
Deleting the lg file
Reinstalling
switching machines

None worked, and eventually the draft counter hit 0 and there is now a NULL roster for my team.

I saw this on the first day of launch as well, but chalked it up to user error.. but now I think there maybe some sequence of events that cause some weirdness in the draft.

Any thoughts?

Any way to reset the draft now? Instead of having a team with no roster in the tourney?

Oh I should have said, i have successfully done many Perfect drafts, maybe like 40-50 across all my accounts ( including this one ).
