Mod Help, Finding them, Making then, do they exist?

I really enjoy the mods. I love the old logos, ballcaps, uniforms and stadiums. I'm curious what I'm missing for my gameplay.

I don't know if a mod would help in the areas I want help in.

Is there a mod that allows for no player numbers until the 1930s? Veteran Committees for Hall of Fame, voting in owners, managers, etc.?

Also, is there a mod for making player photos to more resemble actual people?

Thank you for any and all help. I want to help make this game more immersive, I don't know where to begin. I see all the people putting so much time and work into it and I'd like to do that, but have no idea where to begin.

Thank you so much! May I ask, where would I go for help with Excel Spreadsheets for the game and making my own? Or should I find a more specific forum for this?

Specify what you are using the Excel spreadsheets for. If you are making/editing rosters I believe CSV files are used.
As far as uniform numbers go they are only shown on the team and player pages. They aren't on the uniform so I just ignore them. A few modders make jerseys with a number but then everybody has the same number and name. Maybe this will be implemented in the future.
For the HOF I have only seen players being inducted. Try making a suggestion for the developers to add in future versions. They are always open to suggestions that add to the realism of the game.

I was hoping that if I use Excel or CSV files I could add created players to the draft over the course of my 1901-2022 sim without creating them right before the draft. Like they would be automatically added to the draft without me doing anything extra during gameplay. I don't know if that's possible to do. Like have a created player arrive in the league in 1906, then 1929, and so on.
