Replacing coaches

I'm about a quarter in to a season, and my bench coach is not getting along with some of my key players. I've looked in the manual here and there, but I can't seem to find how to fire him and get someone more in tuned with said players. Can someone tell me how this is done?

There are two ways you can do it.

1) You can go to Front Office -> Personnel, then click "Actions" beside the person in question and one of the options is "Fire". There will then be a "VACANT" link where their name was, which you can click on to hire a replacement

2) You can go to [GM Name] -> Staff Search & History -> Staff Search and browse the available personnel, then make an offer to someone to fill the role in question. If that person accepts the offer and takes the job, the incumbent will be fired automatically.

Go to the free agent Coaches and find one you like, then hire him. He will automatically replace the current coach when he signs.

You will be responsible for the $$ owing the fired coach - balance of his contract.

Also, if you have enabled coach poaching, you can attempt to sign a coach from another team.
