Black cards from starter packs, can not continue through team setup
As some others have reported, on opening each of the starter packs all that came out were 6 black squares. The loyalty packs did work as intended, it was just the 6 starter packs that had the issue. The only players I have available on my roster are from the loyalty packs, no players showed up otherwise. Even with the cards I wound up actually getting, I'm still stuck on the 'open packs' stage and can not continue with my team.

Similar here. I opened 2 starter packs, then went to the roster view to verify the card were there (after reading of a lot of problems). Went back to open starter packs, last 4 opened blank, and now I have 10 cards (probably 12, w/ 2 dups) from my starting pack set. Not enough to create a roster. Can't go Main->manage cards to find the missing cards.

Same here. I haven't checked the roster but all my starter pack cards are blank.

Interestingly enough, I was able to make my way to the Sell Cards tab which actually did have more cards than I had been able to see on the Welcome to Perfect Team page. There weren't all the cards there should be (I have 50 cards showing up, when I should have 60 from 10 total packs) but it's enough to fill my team out. Still unable to submit team and move past the open packs stage though.

So I started a second team under an alternate email and it worked.

Black cards, unable to continue. Got my cards, above where the submit button is, it says open packs. Nothing.

If you received blank cards in your starter pack, please email support@ootpdevelopments.com with your username and information, and we will look to correct the issues.
