Signed up for the same PD TWICE?

I thought I was entering two distinct PDs, but it appears I am in the same one twice. One entry appears stuck, I cannot withdraw. Other entry is running. I am attaching an image of what I see.

There are different drafts (You can see the ID on the left one is 202xxx the other is 206xxx). We will look to try to clean up the naming to better reflect the drafts (I believe the 206 draft is a "Double Perfect" style)
