(Beta version 23.2.50) - Average Profit is negative again

I created a new Quick Start in this build and the Average Profit is -$15,400,000. This was fixed in a previous patch.

I just tried again in build 51 and the value is now -$13.7 Million.

I'm getting -13.7 as well.

I think its because the national media contract baseline was adjusted down from $65 to $50 million.
