playing the minor league team games?

Is there a way to play the minor league team games? And if so can you do it will being in control of the major league team?

Yes, there is. Don't choose a major league team to manage and apply for minor league manager positions, I don't think you can be GM as well but not certain since it's been around five versions since I last played that way.

There is a way to manage all the teams in an organization its just been so long my brain alludes me

I found out how to do it for every team in every league but I just want to do it for all Mets teams

You can disable BNN News Network that plays out all games at the same time, which will allow you to manage each of your minor league games. At the end of all those games, continue into the next day. I've been doing this for years, I like watching/managing my top prospects as they mature through my system.

As you start a game, say No to the 'Simulate World in Background' which is in the General Game Options of the Options & Preview page.
