How to register all three teams per account

Stupid question, but obviously it's been a few years ...

I registered my main team and received all the packages, so everything's fine.
But how do I register my other two teams? When I try to log in without registering it says "no account", when I try to register with my mail address I get the message "e-Mail already in use"

BTW, when registering my main team I did not get a confirmation Mail but could log in, anyway. And even though I entered "Germaniac" the game created the account as "germaniac", in case this is important

How did you register more than 1 account for a single email in the past? That's not supported.

No, I had the three teams in my signature on my account.

But I have no idea how I activated the three teams way back in 2019

I registered my main team Frankenthal Palatines and can log in even though I didn't get a confirmation mail, but how do I activate my other two teams?
Simply logging in doesn't work, and register them with the mail-address I used for my main team doesn't work, neither

You would have used different email addresses for each team. You can look up if you have a common alternate email that you sometimes use, or the other option is you may have used your main address but with a + or a . in it.

If you can search your email for "ootp account creation" (or just for the username you're looking up), you should be able to see what email the message was sent to.

I used an ISP email address batch to register the other teams and I have not been with them for over 3 years now. Since I don't have xxxx@ att.net any longer I guess I am out of luck on all my other license and teams.

What if I can't remember one of the email address I used to set up one of my accounts? And even if I did remember it, I no longer have access to that account so I would not get the confirmation email that will be sent out when PT goes live. Am I just SOL for loyalty rewards on that account and have to start that one with another email address?

I have one such mail in my Inbox for my main team, but I'm pretty sure I didn't have to create an account for the other two.

I checked the inbox of two former addresses I used back then and found no such mail there

We're working on a solution to allow you to log into your accounts on the Challenge Mode site and see the email the account is linked to. It might be a couple days before it's ready though.

Even then you will at the very least still need to have access to the email to create a new account using it in 23.

I entered an email-address I think I could have used for my second team ... when I get that did I hit the jackpot and guessed right or does everybody get these packs?

Thanks, but what I wanted to know is whether or not the packs I received are any indication that I found the correct combination of username and email address

It looks like you got the loyalty rewards, so I would say yes.

Should I hold off on setting up a 3rd team until we know for certain?
