Historical Logos

Unless I'm missing something, there is no way to select one of the historical team logos. The only files that show up when I hit "select" are the png files I created.

The .oi logos included with the game can't be selected through the dialog or used to create any other uniforms or caps than the default options.

I'm trying to use them for the team logos.

They could have been used in previous versions - how come this isn't possible anymore in 23?

Easy workaround, I can copy and paste all of my historical logos into the Logos directory, but it would be nice to be able to use the oi files for logos.
