license key not accepted

Unable to move past adding the license key. I cut and pasted the information and also removed the dashes - no luck either way. Any suggestions? Wasn't sure if this would be considered a bug or not.

It's not likely it's technically a bug, but whether or not, the quickest way to get up and running will be to email support at support@ootpdevelopments.com and they'll help sort you out.
