Stereo baseballs

Playing Red Sox v Yankees in Yankee Stadium, the new beta game displays two baseballs in game play. The first is faint and is where the baseball should be. The second is darker and is at the usual visibility but is over the head of the pitcher.

When pitched and hit, the two balls track in parallel and are difficult to follow. Apparent hits with the darker ball end up being caught and the runner thrown out. Apparent home runs of the darker ball end up in the OF's glove. Visually, this is dissonance that detracts from the game.

Efforts to eliminate the stereo ball do not work.

I would also note that player movement is jerky, especially when running after a home run, and that there are occasional skips in the movements. I think player movement was much better in the predecessor games such as OOTP22 and 21. But then, this is a beta.
