Assistant sets lines and deals with injury swaps without changing my tactics?

This is very frustrating for me and the manual indicates it is possible as two separate options however they are not and they are combined in the Manager Options as Sets Line-Ups / Tactics.

Is there a way that I can have the Assistant deal with all of the line changes required from injuries while I sim ahead month to month and NOT have them change all of the tactics I have set for players?

I can see the option for Goalies which has an option to "Prevent the AI from changing these choices" however I cannot locate an option for my player tactics in the Tactical Tendencies section.

I don't want the constant interruption and having to deal with changing players as others are injured, dressing / recalling etc. I want that to be done by the assistant but I do want my specific player tactics to be the ones I set. Everytime I set them my team is doing decently well however I have to keep stopping my sim to deal with roster stuff and when I set it to the assistant, all the specific player tactics get changed and my team does worse.

The biggest issue is that the players are not playing the way I want them to play with regards to shooting preferences, passing etc.
