Staff editing

In a 1972 start. I cannot send historical staff (like Tarasof or Thikonov) in their European or canadian league cause only the american options are avalaible.... So those staff are let in free agents and disponibles!
OK not the Soviets ones... But my point is, I would like to be able to send free agents future NHL staff in Junior leagues for replacing the fake ones. More or less for the same reasons I like players to be in none playable leagues. It is beter for imersion.

Still not be able in historical start to edtit staff for giving them jobs in none USA leagues... And by the way, almost all staff members in canadian based junior leagues are american born!
