NavalHistorian Minors (Single A) Join Date: Feb 2021 Posts: 75	Franchise Hero Andy Benes? The FH Andy Benes card is the only card in the San Diego FH #3 mission that I've never seen appear in the AH. Is it likely that I'll never see one of these in the AH, and with only 6-8 weeks or so before the release of OOTP 23 in April I should just give up on completing the San Diego/NL West/FH Complete missions?
