logos/caps/jerseys (no Pants) are included in te zip for all 50 states + Canada. Low made 75% of the jerseys. Thank you too all modders who contributed to the mods in this league.

This is for 22. if you have 23 please convert and post a quickstart in this thread.

i will make a new version each of the next 5 seasons until i get to 48 states/regions. then every 5 seasons after that (provided I keep up with it)

Regional draft rounds got messed up after i created the USBL Association. So all teams have a 10 rd draft. Several only draft locally for 5 rounds. I changed mine back. The Regional is how many total rounds there are.

Updated. I have not played much with this league. i belive it at Opening Day or ST for most leagues.
