OOTP created draft class missing "city of birth" in my game.

In my game I deleted my feeder leagues and switched to OOTP created draft classes last year when they became available. Just noticing that the draft class players, for the most part, do not have cities of birth. Screen shot included with the "cities" column added to my view.

Why would some have a city and others do not? I did post in the v22 forum and the one reply I have so from a user, Bluenose, is all of his draft class players do have a city of birth.

I do have an FTP of my game already in the system, for a different issue, that will show this issue as it's been going on for the last 3 seasons I've played with v21 and v22.
