No Closers

I'm trying to do a Player Search in the Manager section before my inaugural draft, and though there are RP and SP there are no closers...help!

It has been some time since I have interacted with an inaugural draft, but I'm wondering if this might not just be because until players actually are on a team they wouldn't have been assigned a particular bullpen role like closer?

It seems as though you would likely just want to look for relief pitchers who have closer skills and that once the draft is concluded and players are on teams those sorts of relief pitchers will then be given the closer role title by their respective teams.

Hmm...I thought of that, last I played was OOTP20, so you may be right, closers are only given the title after the draft is concluded. Thanks for your response.
