NIBA: 1988 Historical League, in our 24th Season

We're about to start the 1989-90 offseason and looking to add owners for San Francisco, St. Louis and Pittsburgh.

We use StatsPlus for drafts and other league things with customized draft classes with better defensive ratings, personalities, etc. We also do international real free agents each year (I'll add a few of the Cuban/Japanese stars of the 80s every offseason).
