Problem with ID

Hello, I have come to share with you a problem that I noticed with the player IDs. I import players for the draft after each season and I also import players for new teams that are added to the league. When a team finds itself without a GM at the end of the season I dissolve the team and send the players to retire. Except that I find myself with an ID problem and I don't understand why because several players have retired and we are returning to the league without causing any problem with the IDs but in this case I have some 15 players or their ID is -1 and yet they are on the new Denver team ID61. How can I give them a new ID so as not to cause any problem in exporting the data.

I create some printscreen for more information:

Take a Look at jean Beliveau hes playing with DEN (ID 61) but his ID is -1 and he had another career before whit another ID... but why hes aving -1 on ID and some others whos playing wiith DEN

And look Larry Robinson have retired 2 times but he have 2 ID diffrent not -1 before his 2 career in the league you understand....and look to Luc Robitaille who have 1 career before his retirement and hes playing at the moment with LAK with 2 different ID why Jean Beliveau and like 15 others players have ID -1 .....

Someone can help me with that please ???

Just so I understand correctly - you're retiring all the players on a team, then going back and removing the retired status from some of them?

In fact I would have liked to put them back this way but I cannot they are in gray even if I am in commissionaire mode. So if I want to put the players back I have to re-import it. Basically each season I add and remove teams depending on the GM who leaves or who joins the league. This season I lost 5 GM and I had a GM who signed up. But I removed the 5 teams first and then gave the new team to the new GM. So I sent all the players of the 5 teams to retire and I created a new team where I imported the 25-30 players. In this case I had several players that I had sent to retire and who returned to the new team. From what I understand those new players didn't have a new ID but a -1 ID and I don't know why. And also how I work in my league when a player retires he can come back later at 18 in the league to always keep players known. I wonder if I'm going to add ID -1 each time or it's just a problem that can be easily fixed by changing something in the software.

I have already sent players to retire and re-import afterwards and they had a new ID each time like Luc Robitaille in my example i have 1 retired and 1 active and they have their own ID (124-125) ... I don't understand why this time the players had an ID -1. I could send you the CSV files so that you can see and understand what I mean.

Ok is there a way to delete every data from retire player everything stats - ID everything....

And 1 more question is there a way to change ID of a player AND ID of a team ???

It will resolve my problem if i can do that

Because i found that (I dont know why) but some retired player dont have the good id.... If a take a look at Nail Yakupov when i click on history and show info the ID is Joel Otto....

Or is there any program that i can read all the .dat files to erase those player to have a working player structure ???

The player ID's get re-used when players retire, but the exact point at which they get re-used depends on how many new players are being created, so it's not predictable. There's no way to remove stats from player histories.
