Game keeps crashing!

Game keeps crashing every single time I hit the universe tab. Is this a known issue?

We're not aware of any common issues on the universe tab. When did this first start having issues? Does it happen immediately when you go to the tab, or does it appear to load first and then crash later?

The first steps I would take for this would be to make sure you are on the latest update, and make sure your data folder is fully and properly installed - it's possible that if you are using an older skins version that there is a missing file that is causing issues on the page.
