Potential AI Prospect Signing Bug and Draft Issues

So I've noticed in many of my saves the team that drafts anyone above a 3 star player wont sign them the first year, or will send them to the minors when they may be their number one player. For example often Connor Bedard gets sent to minors or is left unsigned for several seasons when he is typically a 3.5 Star player at the time of being drafted.

Clearly he should be signed and being given NHL time, it also happens with Matthew Savoie except sometimes he's only a two star at the time of his drafting.

There's also an issue with AI draft logic where a team will reach with their top 5 pick and pick players slated to go in the 3rd or 4th rounds. And every time these players have a less than 7.5 future talent when I check in the editor.

It would make more sense if these reach picks happened mid round but no team should be passing on a 9 future talent 2.5 star Matvei Michkov for a .5 star 6.5 talent John Smith with the 2nd overall pick.

There's also an issue where many of the players that play in college won't sign with their AI teams. Such as, in my latest save, Beniers and Johnson, Hughes, Sanderson, all haven't signed with the team that drafted them and end up going to FA at age 21 with close to 3 star current ability at age 21/22. It just isn't realistic. I know some players opt to do the college route to not play with their team, but too many of them end up not signing with their AI controlled teams.

A quick thing with drafted players as well, teams undervalue players they just drafted. For example if I wanted to trade for the 1OA pick I likely couldn't because teams "Aren't willing the move a high pick that cheap" however if I let them make the pick then offer them a player and a pick for their new prospect they often accept with no problem.

I've also noticed this.
