Mangers get control over various things without notifying the GM

I'm not sure if this is a "bug" per se, but I've had a lot of instances where my manager all of a sudden has control over which coaches I can hire, how I can set my in-game strategy, etc. This has even happened mid-season right after I hired that manager!

If I had known that would be the case, I wouldn't have hired that manager. There should be more transparency surrounding what exactly the manager currently has control of, and what they *will* have control of going forward. It is very frustrating as is.

Still appreciate all the work you put in!

Yep. This is not a bug, it's an intended feature. Managers have personalities, which sometimes mean they want control. These personalities can evolve over time.

If you find that frustrating (as I do, as I want the option to play in full control mode), put it in as a suggestion for OOTP23.
