What more does he have to do this year to get to Diamond, I mean even an 90 would be nice. Leads the league in hitting has 20 hrs, 26 steals. I am not asking for perfect but Diamond by now would have been really helpful.

While as a fellow owner, I also would have loved for him to jump to diamond, it's fairly clear why he didn't. Compared to last year he is walking less, striking out more, batting average is worse and power is worse. Any improvements he's made on the defense & baserunning sides unfortunately don't count. Only hitting gets updated each month. On that front, his hitting line for August basically matched his overall hitting line on the season...not enough to move.

I guess it is just tough to see him leading the league in hitting with the homers and steals and others doing worse being above him. Especially with him being a Shortstop. Oh well was hoping to be able to sell the three extras that I had received in packs for 4k. I guess I will just be happy I have three extra Buehlers and loaded up on Freddy Peralta last week

yeah, for sure. He definitely seems like a diamond caliber player. Hopefully he goes on a tear in September and makes it in the final update.
