Players show no stats

None of my players have ratings in Perfect Draft

When hovering over the player, no ratings are shown.

After viewing the player in its ratings screen, each rating is blank.

This happens even after

1) I used "verify game files" in Steam successfully.
2) I uninstalled OOTP22 and then downloaded and installed again.
3) Drafted a new team in Perfect Draft. The new team also had no ratings on any player.

In the settings menu, there's an option to 'show player rating bars' or something like that.

It looks like this is turned off in your game. If you turn it back on, you'll see the ratings and bars again.
