game template, odd? or, historic year settings value?

so, just made a league from another using a saved template.

first two years had a huge bump in offense... same exact players. same exact settings... thought that was odd.

simmed a 3rd year without changing a thing and it magically dropped down to the normal level within normal variance...

nothing changed.. but went back to working like it had the previous 50 years in the league the template was taken from.. being the same players and same exact settings etc.

fairly sure i changed historic year to 2021 after game creation - league is predated to 1990 so i could turn it over with players i wouldnt recognize to start. possible i did it after playoffs of 1990... so, 1991 still should have been "2022"? shouldn't have any historical modifiers, if they exist.

either way, good thing i predated the league and i'm not "that" crazy afterall.

Only other thing i did was erase all history during 2nd year playoffs (first day of). ... doubt tht would have an impact.. .and the historic year impact must be set the first day of new game year (if not jan 1) and irrelevant after that if that was the cause
