Backing-up save files

Is there anyway to backup our saves? It’s just awful constantly being paranoid my file is going to corrupt and I lose my entire universe I’ve put so many hours in.

Devs - anyway this can be a top priority to be added into the game?

And what do you know… after probably 60ish hours on my save.. it corrupts.
