HS/College Stats for No Ratings save

Just finished managing my first entire season of a new no ratings/stats only run and have my first draft soon but none of the draftees have HS/college stats; any fix?

Has the mock draft been posted yet? I believe the season stats and mock draft only get posted on the draft class reveal date which you set in the league settings.

Yeah, I'm actually at the draft itself now and still no stats

Tried another save thinking it might have to do with not saving all box scores but still no HS/college stats for draftees. Really scratching my head, hopefully someone who plays without ratings can help me out

Are these in a standard MLB setup? Or a fictional league? I think the way things are handled are that new mlb games don't gen stats for the initial draft pool.

It’s a historical/fictional league with 6 years of simulated history before I took over and held a fantasy draft. For the fantasy draft fielding stats didn’t show up for custom views but did if I went through individual players. Not sure if both problems are related

Anyone have ideas? Have tried starting a new league, same issue after simulating multiple seasons: draft classes don’t have HS/College stats. I must be missing something obvious. Is there a setting I may have disabled I need?

It’s a 1901 historical/fictional league with ratings off, if that matters

Maybe a silly question but when you say historical/fictional are your players in the draft class a mix of real and fictional or just fictional players? Historical players will not get draft stats but their real stats including fielding for their careers will be visible.

It might help to upload one of the saves. Also important to double-check that there were no filters for game types or scopes at play.

As noted, historical players I don't believe will tend to get stats generated for them, but fictional players should.

Turns out I foolishly expected fictional HS/College stats for historical players as I'm not doing a replay league with development based on stats. Clearly that wouldn't impact those stats and I feel a bit foolish not realizing this myself.

But it has made me think a function to generate HS/College stats for a draft class based on ratings would be slick. This run of mine has 125% change randomness and uses the OOTP engine not stats for development so my goal isn't a mirror of reality but an alternate version. To that end I'm really enjoying playing without ratings and unfortunately (although completely understandable) historical runs don't get HS/college stats. A function to generate them for the draft class based on ratings would solve the issue for me, although I don't know how much of the user base would also appreciate it. As it sits it isn't the end of the world if I draft based on real stats or even turn ratings on just for the draft but ideally a function to generate stats based on ratings would allow me to never turn ratings on.
