Historical Teams

Is there a way to create a league with teams from different seasons? For example 67 Cardinals, 76 Reds, 27 Yankees and 48 Indians.

You can but not in the set up wizard.

No you actually can’t. If you are talking about the import historical team button in the league structure page then it doesn’t work I’ve tried. I assume that it is because the game is missing a Teams.csv file.

Not sure since only time I hzve not had rookies show up is when I had disabe creation of fictional players on.

Just tried with the rookies and they still haven't fixed it. But at least they fixed the Teams problem.

Then check to make sure disable automatic creation of fictional rookies and free agebts is disabled.

What I'm trying to do here is get the rookies on there original teams.
I disabled the draft and free agent import to do so and got no rookies.

Wow. I expected the import historical teams option to be a menu carryover that would disappear. This is a welcome surprise!

In settings go to league>advanced settings> edit league structure then hitimport historical team




Now I'm not sure the difference between the 3 options.

Hit the button with the league abriviation then hit the League rules&settings button.
Head to the league page hit the view button and hit the advanced mode button then hit the edit league structure button and press the import historical team button then select the Teams.csv file.
Than type in the year then hit the refresh teams list button and select the team from the drop-down menu than hit the import team button.
Than you should get that team.
