Delete or Rename saved PT tournament rosters

How do you Delete or Rename saved PT tournament rosters on the iPhone. I have found it too easy to mistakenly have the filed saved prior to renaming.

There's no direct way. You can use a file manager to delete/rename the files directly if you wish.

Any suggestions for what app you can use to delete the files? Apples Files App does not enable access to that area? The only area you can get to is hive.core.property and that is not where the roster file are stored.
