2021 Season for Multiple Devices

I have an Android phone and an iPad. If I want to play on both, do I have to buy the 2021 season for each device?

You would need to buy it on each device because it is associated with your Apple or Google account. Sharing purchases between Apple and Google is not something that those companies support/allow unfortunately
